Alchemy Wellness and Rejuvenation is a holistic wellness centre devoted to supporting the body, mind and emotional system as an interconnected whole.

Its philosophy is grounded in the understanding that lasting wellbeing does not come from treating symptoms in isolation, but from addressing physical health and emotional balance together, with care and precision. Our wellness centre offers a wide range of therapies, from colon hydrotherapy and IV nutrient support to integrative consultations and somatic-based treatments, all designed to gently restore vitality and resilience.

Alchemy is for those who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or out of alignment, as well as for people who simply want to maintain their health in a more conscious and preventative way. With two welcoming premises, one in Canggu and one in Ubud, guests are able to choose the setting that best supports their healing journey, whether they are seeking deep restoration, recovery, or a return to balance in everyday life.

Colon hydrotherapy

Experience gentle, effective colon hydrotherapy at Alchemy Wellness Bali. This safe treatment helps remove built up waste, easing bloating, supporting digestion, and restoring energy. Many clients notice clearer skin and greater vitality. By supporting detoxification and nutrient absorption, colon hydrotherapy provides a calm, restorative reset for gut health and wellbeing.

Infrared sauna & Ice bath

Available in our private Recovery Area, we offer infrared sauna and ice bath therapy at Alchemy Wellness Canggu Alchemy. Together they support detoxification, circulation, lower inflammation, muscle recovery, relaxation and enhanced stress resilience

Balinese massage

Balinese massage is a deeply relaxing, full body treatment combining gentle stretches, acupressure, and flowing strokes. It eases muscle tension, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. Ideal for restoring balance and easing fatigue, this traditional massage leaves the body grounded, relaxed, and quietly reenergised after everyday physical stress.

Holistic Therapies

Alongside physical therapies, Alchemy Wellness also offers integrated mind and body treatments that support deep healing and regulation. These include naturopathy, somatic healing, acupuncture, osteopathy, family constellations and breathwork therapy. Alchemy Academy is a raw vegan culinary school nestled in the vibrant jungle town of Ubud, on the tropical island of Bali, Indonesia. We offer a variety of courses and retreats on the art of plant-based cuisine, Including chef certifications levels 1 and 2, healing detox retreats, raw chocolate classes, vegan cheese workshops, gluten free baking courses, pop up dining events, yoga, meditation and more.
